Media - Social Landscapes as Multicultural Spaces

The SOLMUS project focuses on sites in Bileća and Berkovići municipalities, both in Herzegovina region, of which the unofficial capital is Trebinje. Within Public outreach activities, we did the following activities on different international media outlets:

TV AND RADIO

· National Radio and TV (RTVRS), June 26^th and 27^th 2019; RTRS, The National radio and TV broadcasting network on June 26^th, in the main news at 7.30pm, and a bit longer contribution on Good Morning the Republic of Srpska (Dobro jutro Republika Srpska), Banja Luka, BiH: Dnevnik 2 (Daily News 2: https://lat.rtrs.tv/av/pusti.php?id=84765) & Dobro Jutro Republika Srpska (Good morning the Republic of Sprska, https://lat.rtrs.tv/av/pusti.php?id=84768)

LOCAL COMMUNITY

· Collaboration with the Elementary School of Petar II. Petrović Njegoš in Bileća (7^th – 9^th grade): during the school’s summer vacations 14 students visited the excavations (both sites) three times. They were working on the project within the Physics course, learning about the shapes, volumes, weights, perspectives etc. The whole activity finished on November 2^nd2019, with the public presentation of their work and outcomes.
