She is Professor of Fine Art at the University of Reading. Recent exhibitions of her video work include <em>Force\/Fields: Three Works on Conflict, Militarism and their Legacies<\/em>, screened at Star and Shadow in Newcastle in 2019. With Alison Butler she co-edited a <em>Screen<\/em> dossier on Dwoskin in 2016, and the following year contributed an essay titled &#8216;Between Seeing and Knowing: Stephen Dwoskin&#8217;s Behindert and the Camera&#8217;s Caress&#8217; to Sue Clayton and Laura Mulvey&#8217;s edited collection <em>Other Cinemas: Politics, Culture and British Experimental Film in the 1970s<\/em>. Her forthcoming book is <em>AV Punk: Women, Experimental Film and a Punk Aesthetic<\/em>, to be published by Bloomsbury in 2021.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alison Butler \u2013 Co-Investigator<\/strong><br \/>\nAlison Butler is an Associate Professor in Film in the Department of Film, Theatre &amp; Television at the University of Reading. Her research interests are in artists\u2019 film, moving image installation, alternative cinema and women&#8217;s cinema. She has published widely in journals including <em>Screen<\/em>, <em>Camera Obscura<\/em>, <em>MIRAJ<\/em>, and <em>Lola<\/em>. She recently published the monograph <em>Displacements: Reading Space and Time in Moving Image Installations<\/em> (Palgrave, 2019). She is an editor of the journal <em>Screen<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.reading.ac.uk\/art\/staff\/dr-jenny-chamarette\">Jenny Chamarette \u2013 Co-Investigator<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\n<span lang=\"EN-US\">Jenny Chamarette is Co-Investigator on the Dwoskin Project, leading the Work Package on the project dedicated to \u2018The Liberation of the Activist Body\u2019<i>,<\/i><span class=\"x_Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>and working on Dwoskin&#8217;s digital archive, disability activism and cultural legacy. She is a writer and curator, and Senior Research Fellow at Reading School of Art. Author of<span class=\"x_Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><i>Phenomenology and the Future of Film<\/i>, and the forthcoming<span class=\"x_Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><i>Cinemuseology: Cinema Screens, Museum Vitrines, and Cultural Politics,<span class=\"x_Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/i>she has also published widely on film-phenomenology, embodiment, gender, disability, sexuality, affect and intermediality in artist\u2019s moving image, documentary film, and art cinema. She sits on the editorial boards of the Film Section for<span class=\"x_Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><i>Modern Languages Open<\/i>, and of<span class=\"x_Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><i>MAI: Journal of Feminism and Visual Culture<\/i>.<span class=\"x_Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gla.ac.uk\/schools\/humanities\/staff\/yunhyongkim\/\">Yunhyong Kim \u2013 Co-Investigator<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nYunhyong Kim is a Lecturer at the School of Humanities, University of Glasgow. She works across multiple topics related to digital humanities and information management and analysis, with a particular focus on areas that bring together artificial intelligence, digital curation, and forensics. Yunhyong has a wide range of publications in these areas and has been involved as researcher, consultant, co-investigator and\/or principal investigator for a wide range of associated projects, including the Digital Curation Centre, AutoAdapt, BlogForever, and the Scottish Crucible project &#8216;Harvesting Collections for Social Benefit: Hidden Stories at the Herbarium of RBGE&#8217;. She is also supervising and developing a number of PhD projects, including an AHRC\/NPIF funded project examining the use of artificial intelligence at the National Library of Scotland for identifying sensitive information.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hopfgartner.co.uk\">Frank Hopfgartner \u2013 Co-Investigator<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nFrank Hopfgartner is Senior Lecturer in Data Science at the Information School of the University of Sheffield. His research to date can be placed at the intersection of information systems (e.g., information retrieval and recommender systems), content analysis, and data science. He has authored or co-authored over 150 publications in the above-mentioned research fields, including a book on smart information systems, various book chapters, and papers in peer-reviewed journals, conferences, and workshops.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gla.ac.uk\/schools\/humanities\/staff\/zoebartliff\/\">Zoe Bartliff \u2013 Postdoctoral Research Associate<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nZoe Bartliff is a researcher working in digital humanities at the University of Glasgow, with a focus on the interaction between textual data and contextual culture. Zoe leads the extraction and analysis of data for the project, combining digital forensics tools with data exploration techniques. She works closely with other branches of the project to combine digital humanities methodologies with archival practice and theoretical and historical approaches. She is in the completing stages of her PhD thesis, which addresses the efficacy of computer-based methodologies for the analysis of the Medieval Welsh law texts Cyfraith Hywel. This follows on from the topic of her first-class MA (Hons) degree in Classical and Celtic studies, specialising in the analyses of mytho-histories and in the evolutions of the Welsh and Latin languages.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Henry K. Miller<\/strong><br \/>\nHenry K. Miller is a film historian, specializing in the history of film culture and film criticism. Currently a senior research fellow on the Stephen Dwoskin project at the University of Reading, he has taught film at the University of Cambridge and Anglia Ruskin University. His books are\u00a0<em>The First True Hitchcock<\/em>, published by University of California Press in 2022, <em>The Essential Raymond Durgnat<\/em>, which he edited for BFI\/Palgrave Macmillan in 2014, and <em>DWOSKINO: the gaze of Stephen Dwoskin<\/em>, which he co-edited with Rachel Garfield in 2022. He has been published in journals including <em>Screen<\/em>, <em>MIRAJ<\/em>, and the <em>Hitchcock Annual<\/em>, and is a contributor to <em>Sight and Sound <\/em>and the <em>Times Literary Supplement<\/em>. He is an honorary research associate at the Slade School of Fine Art, and with Brighid Lowe he is co-director of the Slade Film Project.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Guy Baxter &#8211; Associate Director of Archive Services \u2013 University Museums, Archives &amp; Special Collections<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"contentpasted0\" style=\"margin-bottom: 18.0pt; background: white;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Open Sans',sans-serif; color: #434241; letter-spacing: .05pt;\">Guy has led the archive service at the University of Reading since 2008, achieving UK Accredited status and contributing to several interdisciplinary research projects and developments including the Dwoskin Project. He convenes the Museums and Collections department\u2019s Digital Working Group, aiming to reflect and enable the digital shift in collections and scholarship. Guy\u2019s broad professional and research interests are in copyright and compliance, cross-domain and interdisciplinary working, photograph collections, performing arts and events data standards (and intangible cultural heritage more broadly), and preservation management.
