The materiality and visual properties of Arabic typography are at the heart of this research project, and we therefore rely on high quality images of printed artefacts. Many collections are offering high resolution digitisations, and we are grateful to the institutions that allow the use of such imagery for research purposes. The below list details the origins of the artefacts that are shown on this blog.<\/p>\n
