Research Themes<\/strong><\/p>\n

University of Reading research is divided into four broad themes: Agriculture, Food and Health<\/a>; Environment<\/a>; Heritage and Creativity<\/a>; and Prosperity and Resilience<\/a>. The themes are open-ended and overlapping, crossing traditional boundaries and allowing us to nurture innovation and deliver impactful and curiosity-driven research. Under these themes sit our research divisions.<\/p>\n

The NHM nine research themes provide a focus for our work so we can find solutions to some of the biggest global challenges: <\/span>Biodiversity and health; <\/a>Biodiversity change;<\/a>\u00a0Collections and culture;<\/a>\u00a0Community science<\/a>;<\/a>\u00a0Evolution of life;<\/a>\u00a0Genomics;<\/a> Planetary Origins and Evolution<\/a>;\u00a0Resourcing the green economy;<\/a>\u00a0UK nature recovery.<\/a>
