\"\"<\/b><\/p>\n

Flora Samuel is the research lead for the \u2018Place\u2019 strand of the UK Collaborative Housing Evidence Centre (CACHE)<\/a>\u00a0which aims to locate and critically consider the importance of existing and new housing in different spatial dimensions. The Place theme includes linked sub-themes concerned with improving place and place-making.<\/p>\n

CACHE is a consortium of 13 partners led by the University of Glasgow. The centre is a multidisciplinary partnership between academia, housing policy and practice. Over the course of the five-year programme, CaCHE researchers will produce evidence and new research which will contribute to tackling the UK\u2019s housing problems at a national, devolved, regional, and local level.<\/p>\n

CACHE is funded by the Economic and Social Research Council, Arts and Humanities Research Council and Joseph Rowntree Foundation.<\/p>\n
