{"id":604,"date":"2020-06-26T13:07:09","date_gmt":"2020-06-26T12:07:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/research.reading.ac.uk\/zbnf\/?p=604"},"modified":"2020-06-26T14:01:28","modified_gmt":"2020-06-26T13:01:28","slug":"sumanjali-policherla","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/research.reading.ac.uk\/zbnf\/sumanjali-policherla\/","title":{"rendered":"Sumanjali Policherla"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Education : Agricultural Engineering<br \/>\nDesignation: NFF<\/p>\n<p>I did UOR experiment for 2 seasons on okra in my cluster village not only for the research purpose, I put personal interest on the field to know the benefits and outcome of the experiment<\/p>\n<p>From the experiment I have learnt that,<br \/>\n\ud83c\udf40 How to select the proper seeds and soil for the experiment and how to take the soil parameters.<br \/>\n\ud83c\udf40 I observed that how the soil improves for method to method.<br \/>\n\ud83c\udf40 I also observed that the difference in yields I,e. More yields was observed in ZBNF and organic compared to conventional.<br \/>\n\ud83c\udf40 Apart from that I also observed that health issues were decreased due to consumption of ZBNF products<br \/>\n\ud83c\udf40 I also learned how to mobilize people and how to create awareness about ZBNF<br \/>\n\ud83c\udf40 I would like to show the observations in field with farmers like increase in the yield, earthworm population.<br \/>\n\ud83c\udf40 This experiment increased my spirit in doing natural farming and to create awareness about chemical free food to all the farmers by sharing my views
