Diksha Shetty is a Project Executive working in training and capacity building thematic of Rythu Sadhikara Samstha, Andhra Pradesh. Diksha completed her Bachelor\u2019s and Master\u2019s in Earth Science. She worked in National Institute of Oceanography prior to joining development sector. She has worked in capacity building of low-income high-risk youth community in Teach for India prior to working in RySS. Policy strategy, data analysis, gender and sustainability are her areas of interest. She will be working with the social science team on participatory videos.<\/p>\n
