We are delighted to be hosting the 3rd Accommodating Diversity in the Workplace Conference at the University of Reading, UK on 16th-17th June 2025.  This follows on from our successful 1st Accommodating Diversity in the Workplace. and 2nd Accommodating Diversity in the Workplace conferences. The conference will be hybrid so it will be possible to attend part or all of the conference online.

This interdisciplinary conference is aimed at academics, practitioners, employers and anyone interested in issues of diversity and inclusion in the workplace and their implications for workplace practice.  This year topics include menopause and the workplace,  LGBTQIA+ experiences in the workplace, EDI approaches in the workplace, neurodiversity and flexible working,  work-family life balance,  leadership and ethnicity, mental health and the workplace. The draft programme is now available but is subject to changes. Expected timings are:

Monday 16th June: 10-4:40pm (arrival from 9:30am)
Tuesday 17th June: 10-4pm (arrival from 9:30am)

There is no conference registration fee.

The deadline for registering in person has now closed but online participation is open until Friday 13th June.

The conference will be hosted on our London Road Campus. For campus maps and details on travelling to the London Road campus see the Visiting the University page. The London Road Campus is about a 25 minute walk from the Reading mainline train station or a short bus ride (the Claret 21*: buses 21 and 21a)/taxi ride from the mainline train station. There will be parking available on the London Road campus.
