We are delighted to be hosting the 4th Accommodating Diversity in the Workplace Conference at the University of Reading, UK on 8th June 2026.  This follows on from our successful 1st Accommodating Diversity in the Workplace, 2nd Accommodating Diversity in the Workplace and 3rd Accommodating Diversity  in the Workplace conferences. The conference is hybrid so it will be possible to attend part or all of the conference online.

This interdisciplinary conference is aimed at academics, practitioners, employers and anyone interested in issues of diversity and inclusion in the workplace and their implications for workplace practice.  This year topics relate to: (in)fertility, parenthood, leadership and gender, menopause,  neurodiversity, supporting EDI research, diversity training. The draft programme will be available soon and the proposed timing is 9:40am-4:40pm (arrival from 9:10am)

There is no conference registration fee.

The deadline for registering in person (for catering purposes) is May 25th with registration for online participation open until the 4th June.

The conference will be hosted on the University of Reading’s Whiteknights Campus. For campus maps and details on travelling to Whiteknights campus see the Visiting the University page. The Whiteknights Campus is about a 40 minute walk from the Reading mainline train station or a short bus ride (the White Knights 20 and Claret 21*: buses 21 and 21a)/taxi ride from the mainline train station. There will be parking available on Whiteknights campus.
