About us

We are a group of researchers exploring the subject of dance in antiquity, its relevance to music, performance, ritual, and much else, its influence and impact in the modern era and its potential in teaching aspects of humanities and much else. We work within and beyond the Ure Museum and the Classics Divison of the University of Reading, contributing to the Heritage and Creativity Research Theme.
