David was quoted in an article in The Independent on the environmental impacts of dairy and meat. He made two substantive points, (1) articulating the difference between sustainable, grass-fed, local UK meat and other meat brought in from countries with poor environmental and welfare standards, and (2) the dangers of cutting out dairy without knowing where else to get vital nutrients from.
