The University leadership Committee for Open Research and Research Integrity (CORRI), through its 2021-23 Open Research Action Plan (see https://tinyurl.com/uor-openresearch) is rolling out training opportunities to help you level up your research skills.

Two opportunities are available this summer: one to learn about reproducible analytical pipelines (R/Git/Bash for beginners) over 3 days, and the other to deepen your understanding of research integrity and help you foster better practices in your research group. Both events are organised online. First registered, first served. If we reach capacity, you will be placed on a priority list for the next time we run these sessions, so please register even if you cannot make the dates.

– Reproducible analytical pipelines (software carpentry): 27+28+30 July 2021; a 3-day bootcamp for beginners on R, Bash and Git to ensure your research is reproducible and future proof!

– Research Integrity Train-the-Trainer: 4+5 August 2021: a 2-day dive into research integrity to help you and your team do better research.
