I’m happy to share my new article, ‘‘Manning’ the ‘unmanned’: Reapproaching the military drone through learning the/to drone’, now out in Political Geography. You can access the article here.

In the article I approach the military drone through the field sites of the military conference and industry training course, to examine the labour of drone warfare. I argue for further attention to both the sites and methods through which we approach and interrogate the military drone, and pursue an account of the embodied geopolitics of droning and learning the/to drone.
