It’s great to see the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) 2024 Tech Horizons report out. Some time ago I was interviewed by the ICO in relation to the Commercial use of drones section of the report, which can be accessed here. The section provides an interesting discussion of ‘increased privacy concerns’ as a ‘natural byproduct’ of the proliferation of commercial drones, as well as outlining some key considerations in relation to drones, data protection and privacy implications.
