In June 2021 the Daily Mail section covered a new study from Penn State University, USA on how increasing the portion size of vegetables offered on a plate got children aged 3-5 years old to eat 12% more than usual. Along with this study the article also discusses the work of See & Eat, and how showing children pictures of vegetables encourages familiarity and increases consumption of vegetables.
