Expertise: My field of expertise includes nutrition, food safety, and well-being. In the last five years, I have broadened and investigated consumer behaviour within a public health framework, focusing on developing-country obesity challenges (i.e., Mexico). My current research focuses on the behavioural issues of sustainable packaging.
