Akash Verma is a postdoctoral researcher at Imperial College London. His research focuses on canopy thermoregulation in tropical forests from a surface energy balance perspective. He completed his PhD at the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, where he investigated the carbon-water cycle interactions in terrestrial ecosystems.
