Timothée Corchia is a PDRA at the University of Reading working on the integration of new eco-evolutionary optimality theory–based components into land-surface models, and of evaluating and optimising their performance. He recently completed his PhD at CNRM (Météo-France/CNRS), where he used microwave remote sensing and machine learning to assimilate land-surface observations and improve the representation of climate impacts on land surfaces.
