Strategic Research Scientist (NCEO)

Responsibilities:

• I diagnose modeling products and satellite data of atmosphere, ocean, and land, to develop improved data products and enhancing model-data fusion methods, supervise undergraduate and postgraduate projects when necessary.I participate in the strategic development of NCEO research direction and take on leadership roles in writing research proposals to support new projects.
Model ocean wave and sea ice interaction
• Explore data assimilation and AI methods for sea ice forecasts
