Met football games take place every Tuesday either at 5pm or 6pm, either 8-a-side on 1/3 of the large astroturf pitch or 6-a-side on one of the smaller 3G pitches depending on player numbers and availability of pitches. There are also occasional 11-aside games – our latest result was a hard fought 2-5 loss to Henley Business School (see above) and some close matches with ECMWF.

* Costs around £3 per person

* Everyone is welcome; from undergrads to head of school.

* Everyone takes a turn in goal

* No talent required

* Don’t take it too seriously.
