  • The UK Earth System Model: A joint NERC/MetOffice project to develop the next-generation Earth System Model for the UK Climate community
  • ISMIP6: A WCRP Climate and Cryosphere targeted activity to explore the sea level rise contributions from Greenland and Antarctica as part of CMIP
  • MISOMIP: A WCRP Climate and Cryosphere targeted activity to improve models of how ice-sheets interact with the ocean
  • Modelling ice-sheets, climate and sea-level during the last glacial cycle: A NERC project investigating ice-sheet--climate interactions over the last 120,000 years
  • FAMOUS: a low resolution Earth System model based on the widely used HadCM3 atmosphere/ocean coupled general circulation model

Postdoctoral & graduate student supervision

  • Steve George: Steve is investigating climate--ice-sheet feedbacks over the last glacial cycle and into the future using FAMOUS coupled to the Glimmer ice sheet model.
