Begun in May 2020, this project aims to emulate the Resource Assessment for East Berkshire for eleven parishes of Buckinghamshire bounding the River Thames, a key rationale being to create a parallel resource for understanding the dual role of the Thames as a conduit and a boundary. The project is being taken forward with a high level of volunteer input and should produce valuable lessons for similar community-based initiatives.
