Refund Policy
By booking a place at this conference you agree to our refund policy outlined below:
- All cancellations to MMEE 2022 registration and refund requests must be made in writing and should be emailed to registration@venuereading.com. Telephone requests will not be considered.
- All refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the organising committee, and any decisions will be emailed to the person making the request for the refund. The decision of the organising committee is final.
- If an Abstract is not accepted for oral/poster presentation, then the registrant will be eligible for a full refund (minus an administration fee of £14)
- Refund requests (minus an administration fee of £14) may be considered if a registrant is unable to attend MMEE2022 due to extenuating circumstances. In such circumstances, the event organisers must be contacted by email or letter as soon as possible.
Visas
If you need an invitation letter for Visa application to attend MMEE 2022, please email registration@venuereading.com. Visa invitation letters will be provided to delegates only after they have registered for MMEE 2022 and have paid the delegate fees.
