Monday 13 July 2026 – Icebreaker

On the evening of Day 1, an icebreaker event will be held at the Meadow Suite. This event will offer a light meal and one drink that is included in the registration fee. Please indicate in the registration form if you would like to come along.

Wednesday 15 July 2026 – Afternoon Activities

We are offering the following afternoon activities:

• Guided tour of the University of Reading Atmospheric Observatory
• Orienteering on University of Reading Whiteknights Campus
• Self-guided walks

We will be sending out a form to attendees at a time closer to the conference for preferences on afternoon activities.

Thursday 16 July 2026 – Conference Dinner

On the evening of Day 4, a conference dinner will be held at Reading Town Hall. This is a three course meal and is included in the registration fee. Please indicate in the registration form if you would like to come along.
