April 2018: Sarah Blakemore and Rosa Freedman were invited to present their research findings and toolkit at a University of Portsmouth  event on Civil Society Under Attack as part of the Transnational Civil Society  Research Project.

March 2018: The project team held workshops in Argentina and Uruguay. More information about those events and outcomes can be found under ‘Field Research and Work’ and the report is available under ‘Resources’.

March 2018: Sarah Blakemore and Rosa Freedman presented the research and toolkit at the UK Department for International Development summit on safeguarding.

January 2018: Sarah Blakemore and Rosa Freedman presented the research and toolkit at King’s College London

November 2017: The project team showcased the research at an event hosted by the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office. Speakers included Ms Jane Connors, the inaugural Victims Rights Advocate of the United Nations and UN Assistant Secretary-General; Professor Christine Chinkin, Director of the Women, Peace and Security Centre, LSE; and Baroness Fiona Hodgson, Co-Chair of the Women, Peace and Security APPG (whose remarks can be read here).

May 2017: The project team held a workshop at the Kofi Annan Peacekeeping Training Centre in Ghana.
