Welcome to the TEmo-Lab page!
Emotions are very much part of our daily life. We frequently experience and express emotions and see others experiencing and expressing emotions, too. One way we tend to express our emotions is by producing facial expressions. Interestingly, when we engage our facial muscles, this engagement does not always lead to visible facial expressions! These more subtle activations can be measured with specialised equipment, though. Here at the TEmo-Lab, we are interested in all these aspects of emotions. We conduct research in various populations including autism. Click here to find out about our research, here to learn about specific projects, and here for a list of publications.
