Muqaddima: book launch of Arabic Typography: History and Practice

Muqaddima, or muqeddeme in Ottoman Turkish, means introduction, and this one-day conference introduces the new book on Arabic typography: History and Practice. Hosted at the Sakıp Sabancı Museum and facilitated by the Sabancı University, this event reflects the volume’s approach, bringing historical research and contemporary design to the same table.
