Anxiety therapy for children with autism

We wanted to find out more about how children and adolescents think about therapy, such as counselling or cognitive behaviour therapy, for anxiety so we talked to autistic children who have anxiety, either before or after they have had some help from a therapist, psychologist or counsellor.

The interview asked about what you thought beforehand, and what made it easier and more difficult to come along to the sessions and take part in the therapy or counselling.
