David presented an overview of his background paper on future farming skills needs at an OECD event ‘in’ Paris. This background paper will feed into a 2022 OECD report on skills and learning needs in agriculture.
David’s report covered trends in agriculture, skills needs for farmers, workers, and advisers, styles of learning, and barriers to learning. His report will be declassified and open to all after the publication of the main OECD report.
