The evidence base on effectiveness of HE employability practice – what do we know and what is missing?

Professor Simonetta Longhi and Dr Sarah Jewell, are co-investigators of an Erasmus plus project Employability in programme development: Establishing a labour market to higher education feedback loop drawing on local labour market intelligence. 2020-2023, being led by the University of Glasgow.

They recently held a webinar, which presented findings on the current state of the evidence base from a literature review of academic research on employability practice in Higher Education.
