On December 15th EINSTEIN and FRONTEX organised a successful joint workshop presenting EINSTEIN’s progress and plans to FRONTEX experts. The event represented an enabler to present EINSTEIN’s results and collect feedback that informs the project’s final orientation. The event included FRONTEX representatives coordinating research and innovation projects in the area of border checks technologies and Deputy Head of Applications Processing Unit – ETIAS, and reinforced project outcomes and alignment with operational and policy needs. After the event the Centre of Excellence for Combatting Document Fraud were briefed on the outcomes.
