EINSTEIN took part in the 12th edition of the EAB Research Projects Conference is organised by the European Association on Biometrics (EAB) on 22nd and 23rd September 2025.
The conference is currently the largest event on research funded by the European Union in the area of Biometrics and Identity Management. Over the previous successful editions, EAB-RPC has become the main forum in Europe where attendees can simultaneously: promote research carried out in biometrics, forge new links and networks, and identify the appropriate partners for possible future project applications. Last year’s edition welcomed over 70 participants from academia, industry and public institutions.
EINSTEIN gave a presentation on the progress of EINSTEIN’s six interoperable applications for enhanced identity verification and fraud detection at European borders, from the living labs to the field trials.
In addition, EINSTEIN have a real-time dmeo of one of the applications on improving the security of online document issuance. The event provided to be highly beneficial in presenting the latest innovations and to obtain feedback for the next development cycle.
