EINSTEIN was invited to take part in the European COmmission’s Security Research Event which took place on 24th and 25th June at the EXPO XXI in Warsaw.
The Security Research Event (SRE) is the forum where industry, policy makers, safety and security practitioners, knowledge institutions and critical infrastructure operators discuss security threats and challenges, and how EU research and innovation can contribute to tackle them.
EINSTEIN had a booth, shared with the EU SAFETRAVELLERS project, where a number of application demonstrations were given relating to document authentication and enhancing the security of online document issuance. Visitors to the booth included policy makers, practitioners, technology companies and expert consultants in border security.
