Watch this video to find out more about the food policy research led by Dr Katerina Psarikidou at the Science Policy Research of University of Sussex, as part of the FoodSEqual programme. Based on the principles of research co-production, at FoodSEqual, we worked closely with organisations from the public, private and third sectors to influence policy making by engaging local communities in conversations about food policy. It is our motto in this project that co-producing policies is key for transforming food systems in more sustainable and healthy directions for all.
