Dr Clare Pettinger is a Registered Dietitian, Public Health Nutritionist and experienced educator at the University of Plymouth. She is actively engaged in community-focussed research around food systems, poverty and social justice. She believes that innovative and creative approaches are required to tackle current food, health and social wellbeing challenges. She has a keen interest in participatory and co-production methodologies, and knowledge exchange (public engagement) to make research more accessible to diverse audiences.
