Gunter Kuhnle is Professor of Nutrition and Food Science at the University of Reading. His main research focuses is the link between diet and diseases, and in particular new ways to obtain reliable data of dietary intake, in particular nutritional biomarkers. He has a particular interest in the role of bioactives, especially polyphenols, in health and disease.
