Matthieu Arnoult

Matthieu Arnoult is an economist with a background in plant physiology as well as agronomy. He has experience in econometric modelling applied to a range of issues including EU set-aside regulations, herd disease management and its economic welfare implications, and fat taxes and their impact on public health. His current research areas include climate change and sustainable farming, healthy and sustainable diets.
