Vicky is the Technical Director of LEAF (Linking Environment and Farming) an organisation that works in partnership with farmers, the food industry, scientists, and educators to meet the shared vision of a more sustainable and regenerative global farming and food system. Having formerly worked for Natural England, and its predecessors for the past 22 years, Vicky has extensive experience of agri-environment scheme delivery and latterly provided technical expertise to Defra on the development of the Environmental Land Management schemes. Vicky’s role at LEAF combines a passion for farming and the environment it relies on alongside an interest in knowledge exchange and engaging people in food, farming and the environment.
