OneDrive for Business: Offline access
Offline access to your OneDrive for Business is possible on Windows and Apple Mac computers. You will need to install the OneDrive for Business app and allow it to synchronise your OneDrive storage with your computer.
For Windows computers go to https://onedrive.live.com/about/en-gb/download/ For Apple Mac, install via the Mac App Store.
These apps synchronise files in your OneDrive for Business storage with local storage on you PC or Apple Mac. The local copies will take space on the device. As you have at least 1TB of storage available in your OneDrive for Business you may not be able to synchronise all of your OneDrive for Business with your computer. All of the apps allow you to choose which folders are synchronised.
