Our academics undertake a wide variety of research, much of which has produced a tangible impact beyond the academy. From court decisions and public policy made by central and local government and international organisations, to the activities of NGOs and charities, we aim to create positive change. Recent projects include work on topics as diverse as human rights and the Rule of Law in military operations, the articulation of rationing decisions in public healthcare, accessorial liability under English criminal law, and Anglican responses to calls for public liturgy in respect of same sex marriage.
