We seek individuals who fit the following criteria to participate in studies from this project:
- Native British English speakers (defined as born and raised in the UK or raised in the UK since the 2 years old)
- Between 16-60 years old
- Normal or corrected-to-normal hearing and vision
- Have a clinical diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) OR do not have/suspect to have ASD
We conduct both lab-based and online studies:
Lab-based studies are conducted at the University of Reading. Lab-based participants will also need to complete a series of standardized cognitive tasks and are remunerated £7.50 per hour for their time plus travel expenses.
Links to our online studies are emailed to participants. Depending on the online study, participants may be reimbursed with £7.50 per hour or enter into lucky draws to win online vouchers.

All our studies have been reviewed by the University Research Ethics Committee and have been given a favourable ethical opinion for conduct.
