Professor Tom Oliver (School of Biological Sciences) has been awarded an Advanced Research & Invention Agency (ARIA) standard research grant to act as a lead investigator on the project ‘Engineering Ecosystem Resilience’

Dr Graham Clarkson (School of Agriculture, Policy and Development) is to act as lead investigator on a project providing climate services to small-scale farmers in Zambia and Malawi, with a grant from Deutche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ)

Dr Gennaro Rossi of the School of Philosophy, Politics and Economics has received funding by the Nuffield Foundation to study ‘[t]he effects of permanent school closures on pupils’ outcomes’ as lead investigator with partners.
