Centre for Commercial Law & Financial Regulation Research Seminar Series.

Dr Eleonora Rosati
University of Southampton

Chair: Professor Stavroula Karapapa

Dr Eleonora Rosati (Associate Professor of Intellectual Property Law at the University of Southampton) will be presenting her forthcoming book, entitled Copyright and the Court of Justice of the European Union. She will be discussing the role, action, and legacy of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) in the field of copyright. This discussion will allow participants to promptly understand the potential implications of Brexit on UK copyright, but also the default implications that withdrawal from the EU would have on any other EU Member State’s copyright regime.

Attendance is Free. Visitors coming from outside the University of Reading are requested to send advanced notification of their attendance to commercialllms@reading.ac.uk
