Engaging audiences online: Is it an art and a science?

Public Engagement with Research network

Join us for an informal gathering of like minds as we explore the myriad of ways we can engage people online and discuss what works and how we can stay ahead of the curve as audiences preferences change.

Speakers include Vince Trakulphadetkrai (Institute of Education), Tim Watkins (Social Media Manager, MCE), Erinma Ochu (WT digital society fellow working with Dr Hilary Geoghegan on NERC Engaging Environments project) and Amy Smith (Ure Museum, Classics)

Tea and coffee provided

Themes for future meetings will include working with children and young people, and co-creating research.

Email c.e.cross@reading.ac.uk if you have an idea for a discussion topic or if you’d like to speak about your own activities.

Please forward this message to anyone who might be interested and join the PER network list here.
