Journeys of Women in Mathematics

Mathematics of Planet Earth CDT

You are warmly invited to come along to our celebration of International Women in Mathematics Day.

We are holding a 2 hour informal, lunchtime event for women working in or studying Mathematics within the University who are at different stages of their careers, the format will be a series of very short talks, followed by a chance to socialise over a buffet lunch.

The event is being organised by the Mathematics of Planet Earth CDT but we wish to encourage all women in Mathematical Disciplines to come along (including 3rd and 4th year undergraduates, Masters and PhD students). Men are also most welcome to attend.

There is no charge for attending this event, but you must register by 6th May so we can allow for catering.
