This is a one-day conference reporting on the findings of the ‘Mediation of Medical Treatment Disputes: A Therapeutic Justice Model’ research project.
The aim of the research was to understand whether and, if so, the extent to which, mediation can and should be viewed as a form of therapeutic justice in medical treatment disputes.
This conference will be of interest to mediators, legal professionals, academics, policymakers and others working in health and care disputes resolution.
