General Overview
SPARC (Stratosphere- troposphere Processes And their Role in Climate), a core project of the World Climate Research Programme, coordinates international research related to atmospheric variability and prediction.
Physical hub and attendance
- Overall there will be three locations (USA, UK and China) where the conference will be held. We expect around 100 people attending the conference in person at each hub. Two hubs will be ‘online’ at any one time with oral and poster presentations and both hubs will be ‘connected’ via Zoom. Attendees at any of the hubs will be able to give oral and poster presentations.
Virtual audience
- Virtual participation will be enabled via Zoom or a live stream option with the possibility to ask questions and leave comments.
Recordings of oral and poster presentations will be made available online.
