On behalf of the SPARC GA Organising Committee and the SPARC International Project Office, we welcome you to register for the 7th SPARC General Assembly. Registrations fees are the same across all hubs and are as follows:

In-person registrations are now closed! Email SPARC (sparcGA2022@sparc-climate.org) if you have any questions or want to be considered for a late registration. Note, however, that ECMWF, Reading is fully booked!
Your in-person registration will include:
- Full attendance at the SPARC 2022 General Assembly, including all Oral and Poster Presentations.
- All afternoon and morning teas, and lunches for the duration of the General Assembly.
- The Conference Dinner (excluding the cost of drinks) on the evening of Wednesday 26th October.
- Access to the online platform listing the program and recorded presentations.
Your online (remote attendance) registration fee will include:
- Access to all Oral and Poster Presentations (either live or recorded) and the online platform containing all presentations.
The accompanying person registration includes:
- The Conference Dinner (excluding the cost of drinks) on the evening of Wednesday 26th October.

Registrations
The online registration form will ask for your general registration information. Additionally, you will be given the option to register an accompanying person to join you at the Conference Dinner (for in person registration only). We would also like to estimate the carbon footprint resulting from travel to the SPARC GA and therefore, we will collect some additional information regarding your travel plans. All registrations (and therefore the collection of the registration fees) are being managed by the University of Reading.
Unfortunately, given the current COVID restrictions and quarantine rules within China, it will be unlikely that anyone from outside of China will be able to travel into China and attend the GA in Qingdao. However, we expect that people within China will be able to travel without any restrictions so the hub will remain part of the SPARC GA.
Given the current COVID pandemic and the uncertainties and changes it might bring we encourage anyone attending the SPARC GA in person to consider refundable tickets/accommodation. We will keep the SPARC GA website updated on the COVID situation.
