There is the possibility for organising side meetings during the SPARC General Assembly, e.g. for SPARC activities catch-up meetings. These meetings can either be hold at each hub individually or across two hubs. Please check out the SPARC GA Programme to find the best suitable time for your side meeting. We will leave it to you to organise a side meeting should you wish to have one.
We ask everyone who would like to organise a side meeting to please contact the local organising committee (details below) to ensure meeting rooms will be available on the date of your choice. As we need to make sure that everything is in place for potential side meeting, the deadline to organise a side meeting and contacting the local organising committee is: 12 September 2022.
