Bob Allies is a Partner of Allies and Morrison – the London-based architecture and urbanism practice – and Visiting Professor of Architecture at the University of Reading.
Allies and Morrison were co-masterplanners for the Olympic Games and Legacy, and are also responsible for many of London’s other major masterplans including Kings Cross Central, Royal Arsenal Woolwich, Wood Wharf, Canada Water, Brent Cross Cricklewood and Greenwich Peninsula.
Bob is Chair of the Design South East design review panel, and a member of the New London Sounding Board.
Bob was joint editor (with Diane Haigh) of ‘The Fabric of Place’ (pub. 2014) an account of the practice’s urban theories and projects.
The practice is also currently undertaking large-scale urban projects in Doha, Oman, Lebanon, Ireland and Canada.
